Welcome to middle Tennessee! We're about one hours drive due west of Nashville, nestled on acres of rolling hills and pasture near creeks surrounded by three rivers, the Tennessee, Buffalo and Duck. The laid back Humphrey's County country atmosphere inspires and invigorates. |

At the Songwriter's Festival, novices to pros share their songs on multiple outdoor stages. Last year in 2009 were The Pavilion Stage, Cissie Lynn's Music Barn, Camp Fire by the Creek Stage, Sure Fire Music Stage and so on... Hit Song Writers from the past, present and future will be contributing their talents. We welcome all forms of songwriting. All writers are encouraged to come as they are and be themselves. |

Tunesmiths can attend classes all about the craft of songwriting. Pro Instructors who have been there, done that, will share their secrets and personal experiences about what it takes and doesn't take to be successful in the business of music. |

There are no set pre qualifications to attend all or parts of the Festival. Everyone who comes will have an opportunity to share their original lyrics, songs or music. There are Open Sing Rings & Create-A-Rounds that you can join in or start, a Co-writers , Writers Table & CD drop Box where writers can drop off unsolicited material, and an after hours camp fire down by the creek. The Songwriter's Festival in now accepting sign ups for the October 2-4, 2010 happening. Registration is currently open for performing writers, non performing writers, classes & general admissions. So come hang with the gang, camp out or get a room for the 3 day weekend & find your place in the mix. Open to the musically minded public. Plenty of Free Parking! |
